We are all part of a team and your Personal Trainer will work with the Nutritionist, Massage Therapist, and Physiotherapist if required to ensure that you have the most advanced care and possibility of success.

Our experienced team of REP's registered Personal Trainers have a diverse background with skills in exercise rehabilitation, sports conditioning, functional training and general fitness for weight loss. Whatever your goal is (even if we have to eek one out of you) we have a supportive and experienced trainer that will match up with you, reduce your barriers to exercise and help you achieve your goals. We are all part of a team and your Personal Trainer will work in with the Nutritionist, Massage Therapist and Physiotherapist if required to ensure that you have the most advanced care and possibility of success. Personal Training services are available for members and non-members.

Our Ignition Pack bundles personal training in with a variety of other Total Fitness services and gives you a massive discount on these services to get you started.

We offer 30 minute express personal training sessions, 45 minute premier sessions and 1 hour initial consultations.

A variety of small group and semi private training sessions are also available to be cost efficient for your needs.
