Michelle Russell is a University of Otago graduate with degrees in both Physical Education and Physiology. She has over 17 years of experience in the fitness industry as a Personal Trainer and has been training some of her clients for nearly 15 years. Rehabilitation and injury prevention are her passion and she loves seeing clients achieve things they never thought would be possible.
As well as being a Professional Ice Figure Skatingcoach, she is also a mum to two little girls. Working with a wide variety of ages, capabilities, and personalities has given her a deep appreciation for the need for specification and individualisation in order for her clients and skaters to achieve their own success.
As a former professional netball player and now mum, Anna knows life is busy and sometimes we need to make time for ourselves.
