Blair has always had a passion for fitness and exercise since completing his Physical Education Degree through the University of Otago. He likes to use his extensive fitness industry knowledge gained while managing very large clubs and teams of Personal Trainers, to create a safe and effective exercise experience that is time-efficient and fun.

Since 2016 we have utilised the services of Total Fitness to run a series of bootcamps for our team members, particularly in the summer months when we can include the added advantage of being outdoors in nearby Hagley Park.
