With over seven years of experience in the health and fitness industry, Rauti is a dedicated personal trainer and coach. Holding a Diploma in Sport and Fitness Education, Rauti specialises in strength, conditioning, and functional fitness.
With a lifelong passion for exercise, Noelia's journey into fitness began with her love for gym training, which inspired her to pursue a career as a personal trainer.
