Ella is one of the Personal Trainers at Total Fitness. She has recently completed her personal training course at NZIHF and is excited to learn, grow and develop her dream career in the fitness industry. She is passionate about helping people unlock the unknown strength and abilities their bodies have, while making exercise fun, effective and sustainable.
In her spare time, Ella loves to go to the beach, the gym and for walks, reading, hanging out with mates, exploring new places and eating gooooood food!! She fell in love with the gym and exercise when she got into weight training. It boosted her confidence rapidly, in not just her body's abilities but also in things outside the gym.
