Brett Clifford is one of the Personal Trainers here at Total Fitness and he has been working in the fitness industry for over 5 years. He started out in Dunedin gaining a Diploma in Applied Sport and Exercise Leadership. From there he spent time personal training and coaching CrossFit in the Middle East and the U.K.
His passion for sport and training started from a young age and he has competed at a national level in running and more recently in the sport of Triathlon, racing the half Ironman distance.
